About North Tower at Barefoot
The Barefoot Resort North Tower is one of the most luxurious high-rise properties in the North Myrtle Beach condo rental area. It overlooks one of the largest pools in South Carolina and offers multiple floorplans, gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway, and is just a short drive to the beautiful beaches. Escape to the beach in style!
Accommodations at North Tower at Barefoot
The luxurious condos at the North Tower at Barefoot have one-, three-, and four-bedroom floorplans that can sleep up to 12 people. In addition to condos, the high-rise building also has penthouse suites with up to 2,200 square feet of living space for the ultimate getaway. Each beautifully decorated unit has a large foyer as you enter and pass through to the full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The large kitchens offer seating at a breakfast bar, updated countertops, full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, and pendant lights. The master bedroom opens up to the balcony and has its own private bathroom with two sinks, a soaking tub, and a glass shower. The living room also opens out to the private balcony and is the idyllic spot for watching the boats cruise along the Intracoastal Waterway. North Tower at Barefoot condos have their own washing machines and dryers.

The pool at the North Tower at Barefoot is located on the ground floor with views of the Intracoastal Waterway. To this day, it is still the largest outdoor pool in South Carolina! Lounge around along the sundeck or in the shallow portion with just enough water to keep cool but still be in the sun. There’s a covered portion with a large hot tub and plenty of picnic tables with umbrellas to keep you cool.
Other perks you can take advantage of during your stay at the North Tower at Barefoot include two parking passes for a 24-hour secured parking lot, an elevator for easy loading and unloading, free wireless internet, a shuttle to the beach, and an on-site restaurant at the marina.
Barefoot Resort boasts four award-winning North Myrtle Beach golf courses that will challenge even the best of golfers on each hole. The courses were designed by famed golf architects Greg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio, and Pete Dye. There are two clubhouses with food and golf stores for whatever you need before or after a round.
Barefoot Resort and Golf can also help you plan a special golf outing, meeting, or wedding in several different spaces throughout the property and in the Resort or Dye Clubhouses. Just across the waterway from the North Tower, you can take the bridge to Barefoot Landing, home to 150 shops, restaurants, attractions, and annual events. The complex has several fine dining establishments and unique restaurants like Big Chill Island House, Greg Norman Australian Grille, Umberto’s, and Flying Fish Public Market and Grill. House of Blues is also located at Barefoot Landing and you’ll find a variety of live music on the deck and inside, Gospel Brunch, Murder Mystery Dinner Theater shows, and a full-service restaurant serving Southern-inspired dishes. Other places on your must-see list include Duplin Winery, the Alabama Theatre, and Crooked Hammock Brewery.

No pets are allowed. Any evidence of pets in a rental unit will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee and may be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date:
Monies paid up to the amount of the Required Deposit are non-refundable or transferrable. Monies paid more than the required deposit will be refunded less a 3% merchant fee. Cancellations 30 days or less to arrival date:

Yes! Departure cleaning is included with each rental.
Yes! Linens are provided with all of our rentals and are included in your rental rate. Upon arriving to your condo or beach home, you will find the beds made, dish towels in the kitchen, as well as bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, and hand towels in the bathrooms!
Reservations are normally Saturday-Saturday during the summer and some weeks during the spring and fall. Please inquire about other check-in days. During the off-season, there is a three (3) night minimum except for holidays.
Daily maid service is not included with your rental, but we do offer this service at an additional cost. Please speak to your reservationist about scheduling daily maid service.
Departure maid service is provided for all of our rentals and is included in your rental rate. The maid service will clean your unit at the end of your stay after you check out. All we ask from you is to clean any dirty dishes, empty the trash, and lock the door when you leave.
Yes. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. Smoking in a unit will result in a minimum $500 charge applied to the credit card that we have on file.

We DO NOT rent to individuals under 25 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. No subletting of a rental unit will be permitted. If any such group or unauthorized guest(s) occupy a rental unit, they will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
Yes! All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels. There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only.
Reservation Price includes the base rental amount (including linens and departure maid service), rental fees (which encompasses all Resort and Destination fees associated with each reservation), and applicable taxes. The pricing details and Payment Schedule of the reservation are provided during the booking process. The reservation balance is always due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for all future payments.

Another option is to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the City of North Myrtle Beach. The navy blue Beach Services kiosks are located all along the beach near the sand dunes.
