About Summit
The three- and four-bedroom condos at Summit are a fabulous choice for families, with many onsite amenities and luxuries included. The building is located in the popular Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach condo rentals and offers breathtaking ocean views. The condos at Summit are perfect for families of all sizes and include spacious balconies and all the comforts of home in a beachside setting near many of North Myrtle Beach’s finest attractions and restaurants.
Accommodations at Summit
Summit has a variety of three- and four-bedroom oceanfront condos with three bathrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. The living room has plenty of seating for your group and overlooks the sliding door that leads to the large balcony. A fully equipped kitchen overlooks a dining room and offers seating around the breakfast bar and has full-sized appliances as well as a small island for extra workspace while you meal prep. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and another entryway to the balcony. Many of the master bathrooms have jetted tubs and all units have their own washers and dryers.

Amenities at Summit
Soak up the sun on the beach from the private entrance through the pool deck at Summit. When you’re ready for a break from the sand, you can lounge around on the sundeck or swim in the outdoor pool (heated in the cooler months). The family-friendly property has a small grilling area with a charcoal grill and picnic table for dining alfresco or you can easily take your meal up to your condo. Guests at Summit in North Myrtle Beach each receive two parking passes for a secured, covered parking lot. Don’t worry about hauling your luggage or beach gear up the stairs, Summit has an elevator for easy up-and-down visits to your room.
Near Summit
Summit is located almost directly across Highway 17 from Barefoot Landing. Barefoot Landing has four award-winning golf courses, House of Blues, the Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, and top-rated restaurants and shops. Cruise on a riverboat down the Intracoastal Waterway aboard The Barefoot Queen for views of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach you’ve never experienced before. Four miles south of your condo at Summit, you’ll find the popular Restaurant Row area packed with some of Myrtle Beach’s top restaurants like Thoroughbred’s Chophouse & Seafood Grill, Chuck’s Steakhouse, and Giant Crab Seafood Restaurant along with more shops.
Summit FAQ
No pets are allowed. Any evidence of pets in a rental unit will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee and may be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date:
Monies paid up to the amount of the Required Deposit are non-refundable or transferrable. Monies paid more than the required deposit will be refunded less a 3% merchant fee. Cancellations 30 days or less to arrival date:
Monies paid will be refunded less a $100 fee if the accommodations are re-rented for the same dates and price as the cancelled reservation. Refunds will be adjusted for re-rentals for fewer nights and/or lesser price than the cancelled reservation. If the accommodations are not re-rented, monies paid are non-refundable or transferrable. Yes! Departure cleaning is included with each rental.
Yes! Linens are provided with all of our rentals and are included in your rental rate. Upon arriving to your condo or beach home, you will find the beds made, dish towels in the kitchen, as well as bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, and hand towels in the bathrooms!
Reservations are normally Saturday-Saturday during the summer and some weeks during the spring and fall. Please inquire about other check-in days. During the off-season, there is a three (3) night minimum except for holidays.
Daily maid service is not included with your rental, but we do offer this service at an additional cost. Please speak to your reservationist about scheduling daily maid service.
Departure maid service is provided for all of our rentals and is included in your rental rate. The maid service will clean your unit at the end of your stay after you check out. All we ask from you is to clean any dirty dishes, empty the trash, and lock the door when you leave.
Yes. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. Smoking in a unit will result in a minimum $500 charge applied to the credit card that we have on file.
You cannot have mail sent directly to your property. Please have any mail sent to our office with attention to the recipient's name. 311 17th Ave S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
We DO NOT rent to individuals under 25 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. No subletting of a rental unit will be permitted. If any such group or unauthorized guest(s) occupy a rental unit, they will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
Yes! All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels. There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only.
Reservation Price includes the base rental amount (including linens and departure maid service), rental fees (which encompasses all Resort and Destination fees associated with each reservation), and applicable taxes. The pricing details and Payment Schedule of the reservation are provided during the booking process. The reservation balance is always due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for all future payments.

Another option is to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the City of North Myrtle Beach. The navy blue Beach Services kiosks are located all along the beach near the sand dunes.
