No pets are allowed. Any evidence of pets in a rental unit will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee and may be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date: Monies paid up to the amount of the Required Deposit are non-refundable or transferrable. Monies paid more than the required deposit will be refunded less a 3% merchant fee. If Travel Insurance was purchased, please contact CSA Seaside Coastal Travel Insurance at 1-866-642-5889 for coverage details and the claims process.
Cancellations 30 days or less to arrival date: Monies paid will be refunded less a $100 fee if the accommodations are re-rented for the same dates and price as the cancelled reservation. Refunds will be adjusted for re-rentals for fewer nights and/or lesser price than the cancelled reservation. If the accommodations are not re-rented, monies paid are non-refundable or transferrable. If Travel Insurance was purchased, please contact CSA Seaside Coastal Travel Insurance at 1-866-642-5889 for coverage details and the claims process.
Yes! Departure cleaning is included with each rental.
Yes! Linens are provided with all of our rentals and are included in your rental rate. Upon arriving to your condo or beach home, you will find the beds made, dish towels in the kitchen, as well as bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, and hand towels in the bathrooms!
Reservations are normally Saturday-Saturday during the summer and some weeks during the spring and fall. Please inquire about other check-in days. During the off-season, there is a three (3) night minimum except for holidays.
Daily maid service is not included with your rental, but we do offer this service at an additional cost. Please speak to your reservationist about scheduling daily maid service.
Departure maid service is provided for all of our rentals and is included in your rental rate. The maid service will clean your unit at the end of your stay after you check out. All we ask from you is to clean any dirty dishes, empty the trash, and lock the door when you leave.
Yes. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. Smoking in a unit will result in a minimum $500 charge applied to the credit card that we have on file.

We DO NOT rent to individuals under 25 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. No subletting of a rental unit will be permitted. If any such group or unauthorized guest(s) occupy a rental unit, they will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
Yes! All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels. There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only.
Reservation Price includes the base rental amount (including linens and departure maid service), rental fees (which encompasses all Resort and Destination fees associated with each reservation), and applicable taxes. The pricing details and Payment Schedule of the reservation are provided during the booking process. The reservation balance is always due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for all future payments.

Another option is to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the City of North Myrtle Beach. The navy blue Beach Services kiosks are located all along the beach near the sand dunes.
