A favorite Pawleys Island vacation spot, the "V" shaped Litchfield Retreat is located in North Litchfield Beach at the corner of Boyle and Parker Drive. The Resorts location is ideal, just one half mile north of our resort, a half mile from Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park, a short 5 minute drive to Murrells Inlet, and only steps away from the refreshing waters of the Atlantic Ocean. This mid-rise resort features an outdoor and private swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Condo 334 at Litchfield Retreat features an open floor plan with tile flooring throughout and will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The spacious living area consists of plush furnishing with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV with cable and sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has all of the necessities for preparing home cooked meals while also being able to interact with the family in the living room or dining area. The Master bedroom has 1 King bed with a wall of floor to ceiling windows, flat-screen TV and private bathroom with a double vanity and beautiful walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with tiled shower.
